However, many experts says that exercise has great role in making our body healthy. Being physically active offers many advantages. In physical rewards, exercise can help reducing body weight and making our body fitter. Exercise is also believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep patterns, and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. Yes, that was the beginning of Aditya's career as a general professional footballer. The reason is, in that year, Aditya's leg was badly injured while preparing for an inter-campus football tournament. He told that in a trial match, his leg was tackled by a goalkeeper. Unfortunately, the goalkeeper tackled his right leg and broke Aditya's leg. Aditya really regrets the incident. He also admitted that he made a mistake for first aid after receiving the tackle. Instead of going straight to the doctor for surgery, Aditya opted for traditional medicine.  MANUEL NEUER Manuel Peter Neuer or better known as Neuer is a soccer player who was born on March 27, 1986 from Gelsenkirchen, West Germany. he was born to his mother, marita neuer He is a footballer who plays as a goalkeeper and captain of both the Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the German national team.  while at Bayern Munich he won the Bundesliga 9 times and he became world champion in 2014 with Germany national team and many other champions.
